Q: Is there a minimum order required?
A: Yes, you must order a minimum of 100, and in increments of 50 there after.

Q: Can I get more text on a larger napkin?
A: No, the amount of space for type remains the same no matter the size of the napkin.

Q: How much text can I have on a napkin?
A: Due to the difference in font sizes you are limited to an area of 3" long. So this depends on which font or emblem you choose.

Q: Can I put any type on the matchbooks?
A: The matchbooks are only 2" wide therefore is depends on how many characters you need, long names require smaller text types such as Murray Hill, sm. PBI, Century or Monograms.

Q: Is there any discount for larger orders?
A: If you order 5,000 or more a 10% discount will be applied to your order.

Q: Can I change the foil colors on the napkin for additional lines of text?
A: Yes, yet there will be an additional charge to do, please contact us for more information.

Q: Can I get different colored napkins with the same foil colors?
A: Yes, at no additional charge.

Q: Can I have my own custom logo printed and what do need?
A: Yes, a camera ready, black on white clean image would be needed. If your logo is trademarked you will need to provide documented proof you have permission to use it. There is a one time charge of $50 to have this stamp made. Please contact us for more information.

Q: Do you have Spanish accents?
A: Yes, in the liberty type style only

Q: How do the prices compare to Carlson Craft?
A: Our prices are 30% to 40% lower, so it definitely pays to use Napkins and More!
